Is the subdomain really free?
Yes. An address such as your-name.peho.top is included while your hosting is active. You can also use a domain you already own.
Is email included with the subdomain?
Yes. Two email accounts can be created on your subdomain, such as hello@your-name.peho.top. They share your account’s 2 GB storage.
Can I pay for just one month?
Yes: €2.90 for one month. You may also choose 12 months for €34.80. Renewal is not automatic.
Can I pay with Wave or Orange Money?
We are investigating these options. Contact us to confirm available payment methods before ordering.
Will you build my website?
No. The plan provides hosting. Page creation, writing and website maintenance are not included. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Can I use WordPress?
You can host a small WordPress website. You are responsible for updates, themes and plugins.
What support is included?
Email support for hosting account questions in French and English. There is no 24-hour support service. Work on your website requires a separate agreement.
What happens if I do not renew?
A 7-day grace period is planned after expiry. The account may then be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion; renew or export your data before that deadline.
