Telephone: +33 7 66 13 15 61. Written communication is preferred for enquiries and support. An order is accepted only after written confirmation of its terms, total price and payment method.

Your plan

The plan includes the resources listed on the hosting page. The subdomain is available while the service is active. Your website content remains yours and you can export your files and messages.

Your responsibilities

You manage your content, passwords, software and updates. Keep independent copies of your data. Phishing, spam, malware and unlawful content are prohibited. An account posing a security risk may be suspended.

Support and renewal

Email support for hosting account questions in French and English. There is no 24-hour support service. Work on your website requires a separate agreement. A 7-day grace period is planned after expiry. The account may then be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion; renew or export your data before that deadline.

Complete operator details, applicable contractual terms, withdrawal information and refund arrangements will be provided before an order is concluded. Please contact us to obtain them.
